A Rolling Stone Gathers No Moss.

Dudes and Dudettes,

At this moment the Thailand travel is 72 hours, 02 minutes 47 seconds away and the time is changing every goddamn second. That means I better hurry writing!

I regret now that I promised an unforgettable blog and I am still thinking about the topics and about the things I will blog, but I guess they come and go as they like. Thinking about many different word combinations and other things all day, but that is not really good for my normal jobs, which suffers a bit under those circumstances.

But what the hell, a break from MSN / Blackberry / Email needs to be well prepared. If I forget about activating my auto responder then all people will be angry about not getting any response from me. I guess all people / friends / partners / customers will be happy to not hear from me for about 21 days.

Yes! 21 days of relaxing, will be a nice change due to my stressful everyday – life. In the last days my cousin Tom, who I will be visiting too during my stay in Thailand, fell in love with www.amazon.de. Even the fact that he cannot understand any German does not bother him much. First he wanted a TAPE2PC recorder which cost about 150 EUR but that was too expensive considering that other pages from the US had this product for 149 USD.

Then yesterday he asked himself the question: “What do I want to have from Germany?” … and as fast as his fingers were able to write he was at Amazon again. The day ended with him ordering a 500 GB HDD, which I paid in advance and carry to Bangkok for him. To be honest that is pretty damn cheap!

For now I hope he will not buy the whole online shop… And in my head I am still wondering how electronic hardware can be so expensive in Thailand? Even if it’s often produced near to Thailand. Sometimes it even has the double price and considering it’s produced there and the people earn much less there it is really strange.

There is this web page called 123people.com which I was told by my friend earlier this week. Accidently I was searching for my old classmate which I never found again since 3 years. Then randomly I entered his name and he popped up! We end up meeting as soon as I arrive in Bangkok! What great news, also my cousin tries to stay longer in BKK to make the stay as pleasant as anyhow possible.

That is all for now and the time has been running. Time to finish the huge to-do-list!
